This update comes with 1 convenient feature and fixed 1 unwanted effect.
Default Value Selection
As seen in the screen, you can now change a cell value with its default initial value, if there is one. In the previous version, default initial value will only appear in the first moment of entry of a cell value. If you have changed it with another value, there is no convenient way to change back to default initial value, except by manual typing. Now you can press the default value just under the selection list to fill in the default initial value of a cell.
One use case is for the Unique Key field, when you want to update an existing record entry an save as a new unique entry number, and this can be easily done by filling “AutoNumber” into the key cell and save it as a new record.
You can edit an existing record and move “AutoNumber” into the key field, and “save” to a new record.
Another use case is when you want to update a date value of an existing entry to the current default value.
Fixed about Scrolling of Multiple Value Cells
The second update is a fix that removed an unnecessary scrolling in multiple value cells. The unexpected scrolling happens when the active cell is scrolled out of the visible area of the multi-field grid, and user clicks in another cell.
In this case, the grid scrolls back and forth and generate unwanted flicking of the screen. This unwanted effect is now gone.
